The teacher training program “Master of Education in Catholic Religious Education (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s offered at the University of Paderborn. The aim of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum consists of advanced courses in Specialised Science and Didactics in Catholic Religion and further subject, Educational Sciences, and German for immigrant students. Participants can also choose from a plethora of elective modules. The program offers students the opportunity to carry out semesters abroad and expand their horizons. Graduates are qualified to pursue teaching positions in Catholic Religion at vocational schools.
