The “Master of Education in Catholic Religious Education (Teaching at Grammar Schools and Comprehensive Schools)” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The focal point of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and provide them with extensive practice work. Throughout their education, students will receive advanced content in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology, as well as German for immigrant students. Additionally, they can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The MEd is application-oriented and provides students with hands-on experience and professional core competencies.
