Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Materials Science, Construction Theory, Control Engineering, System Engineering and Modeling, and much more. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. Throughout their studies, participants will receive sound theoretical and practical training. The BSc is application-oriented and provides them with professional core competencies and hands-on experience needed for day-to-day operations. The program also promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, project management, problem-solving, and more. The BSc prepares graduates for work in plant and apparatus engineering, mining and metallurgy, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and medical technology, environmental and safety technology, supply and disposal technology, etc. They can also pursue a subsequent Master’s degree.
