Description


The “Bachelor of Education in Chemistry (Teaching at Grammar Schools and Comprehensive Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Chemistry, Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics, and German Language for immigrant students. Participants can also diversify their studies by choosing from the various elective modules the program has to offer. Throughout their education, students will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. Participants will learn how to implement their vast knowledge into practice and be prepared for the dynamics working environment of the profession. The BEd qualifies graduates to assume teaching positions in Chemistry at high schools and comprehensive schools. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
