The “Master of Science in Computer Engineering” is an English-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The MSc aims to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. It offers them specialisation options to choose from in Embedded Systems, Nano/Microelectronics, Computer Systems, Communication and Networks, Signal, Image and Speech Processing, and Control and Automation. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will acquire hands-on experience and professional core competencies. The MSc prepares graduates for work in  computer technology, communication technology, automation of manufacturing processes, nano- and microelectronics, embedded systems, microsystem technology, and robotics.
