The “Master of Science in Computer Science” is a 4-semester program taught in German and English. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The aim of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The course content builds on the Bachelor’s degree and provides participants with the opportunity to choose a focus area - Software Engineering, Algorithm Design, Networks & Communication, Computer Systems, Intelligence & Data, or Data Science. Throughout their studies, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. The MSc prepares graduates to assume leadership positions in Software and Hardware Development, IT Security, Web Development and Multimedia Design, Customer Support, Advice and Training, Marketing and Sales, and Research and Development.
