The “Bachelor of Education in Computer Science (Teaching at Grammar Schools and Comprehensive Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Science and Subject Didactics in Computer Science and a second subject, Vocational Pedagogy, and German for immigrant students. Participants can also choose from a plethora of elective modules and further their qualifications. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. The program qualifies graduates to become teachers at grammar schools and comprehensive schools. It is also an excellent prerequisite to a Master’s degree.
