Description


The “Bachelor of Education in Economics (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology in Economics and a further subject, and German for immigrant students. Participants can also choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their studies. The BEd is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, it promotes the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. The program prepares graduates to assume teaching positions at vocational schools. It is also a prerequisite for a Master’s degree.
