The “Bachelor of Arts in Educational Science” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Educational Science fundamentals, anthropological, social, and cultural conditions of upbringing and education, educational work and research methods, teaching and learning, interaction and communication, and more. Additionally, participants can tailor their studies to their interests and undertake elective modules. Through various group projects and application-oriented seminars, they’ll acquire hands-on experience and key competencies. The BA also promotes the development of soft skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, moderation, etc. The program prepares graduates for work in adult education, in-company training and further education, advice centres, extracurricular youth work, and business and management. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
