The “Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Higher Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Data Processing, Technical Computer Science, Information Technology, Microsystem Technology, and Automation Technology. Students can also diversify their education by undertaking elective modules. The BSc is application-oriented and provides them with hands-on experience and key competencies. The program teaches participants how to implement their vast knowledge into practice and prepares them for the real life working environment. Also, the program promotes personal growth and the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. The BSc prepares graduates for work in the construction industry, hardware and software development, electronics manufacturing, sales and marketing, quality management, customer care and training, etc. They can also pursue a subsequent Master’s degree.
