Description
The teacher training program “Master of Education in Electrical Engineering (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a 4-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. It aims to deepen the knowledge of students and provide them with additional practice work. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Electrical Engineering, Subject Didactics and Methodology, Educational Sciences, and German for immigrant students. Additionally, participants can tailor their studies by undertaking elective modules. The MEd is application-oriented and provides students with hands-on experience, key competencies, and subject-specific skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions in Electrical Engineering at vocational schools.
