The “Master of Arts in English Linguistics” is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is suitable for applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The aim of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on the English language system and the analysis of the language in different communicative situations. Participants can choose from a plethora of elective modules and personalise their studies. Throughout their education, students will receive sound theoretical and practical training. The MA is research-oriented and provides them with the social, methodological, and analytical skills needed to carry out their own projects. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue careers in Research, Cultural and Event Management, Publishing and Editing, Cultural Institutions, Public Relations, Media, and more.
