Description


The “Bachelor of Education in English (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology, as well as German for immigrant students. Participants can also personalise their studies by taking up elective modules. The BEd is application-oriented and provides them with the opportunity to study abroad for at least 3 months. Throughout their education, students will acquire hands-on experience as well as professional core competencies. Furthermore, the BEd promotes the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. The program prepares graduates for teaching positions in English at vocational schools. Graduates can also further their qualifications and take up a Master’s degree program.
