Description

The study program “Master of Education in English (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a 4-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The focal point of the program is to build on the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum consists of advanced courses in Educational Sciences, Subjects Didactics and Methodology, German for immigrant students, and more. Additionally, participants can diversify their studies and take up elective modules. Through various group projects and application-oriented seminars, students will acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Furthermore, the MEd provides them with the opportunity to study abroad and broaden their perspectives. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions at vocational schools.
