Description


The “Bachelor of Education in English (Teaching at Lower Secondary, Secondary modern, Secondary and Comprehensive Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on the English language, a second subject of choosing, Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics, and more. Students can also take up elective modules and tailor their education to their interests. During the course of their studies, participants will acquire vast theoretical knowledge as well as practical relevance. The BEd is application-oriented and teaches students how to turn theory into practice and handle challenging situations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions in English. They can also further their education by taking up a Master’s degree program.
