Description
The “Bachelor of Education in Food Technology (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. Applicants must carry out an 8-week basic internship in order to enter the program. The teacher training in food technology must be combined with the Nutrition and Home Economics specialisation. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, they’ll gain hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. Also, the program offers participants the opportunity to carry out semesters abroad and expand their horizons. Upon completion of the program, graduates can assume teaching positions at vocational schools or further their education with a Master’s degree.
