Description
The teacher training program “Master of Education in Food Technology (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The program aims to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum includes advanced modules in Subject Didactics and Methodology in Food Technology and Nutrition and Home Economics, Vocational Pedagogy, and more. Additionally, participants can diversify their studies and take up elective modules. The MEd aims to impart students with hands-on experience and industry-specific skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to carry out complex tasks and assume teaching positions at vocational schools.
