The “Bachelor of Education in German (Teaching at Lower Secondary, Secondary Modern, Secondary and Comprehensive Schools)” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training in German and a second subject, Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology, as well as German for immigrant students. The aim of the program is to provide participants with the didactic, methodological, and intercultural skills required for a successful career. Additionally, the BEd promotes personal growth and the development of soft skills such as teamwork, decision-making, project management, leadership, etc. Upon completion of the program, graduates are fully prepared to assume teaching positions in German at secondary and comprehensive schools. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
