The teacher training program “Bachelor of Education in Language (Teacher Training for Special Education)“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. Throughout their education, students will gain an in-depth understanding of Subject Science and Subject Didactics in Language or a second subject, Emotional and Social Development, Learning, Vocational Pedagogy, and German for immigrant students. The program aims to teach students how to implement their knowledge into practice. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will acquire practical relevance and key competencies. Furthermore, the BEd offers them the opportunity to study abroad and expand their horizons. Upon completion of the program, graduates can assume teaching positions at special education institutions or further their qualifications with a Master’s degree.
