The “Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The aim of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and provide them with extensive practice work. The curriculum builds on the Bachelor’s degree and imparts more complex matters. Students can shape their career path early on by choosing a focus area between Energy and Process Engineering, Plastics Technology, Mechatronics, Product Development,  Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, and more. Throughout their studies, participants will acquire hands-on experiance, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. Depending on the specialisation of choice, graduates are qualified to pursue leadership positions in various sectors of the field.
