The “Bachelor of Education in Mechanical Engineering (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on Educational Sciences, Specialised Science and Didactics in Mechanical Engineering and a further subject, and German for immigrant students. Additionally, students can personalise their education by undertaking elective modules. Throughout their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience and key competencies. Additionally, the program promotes the development of soft skills needed for the dynamic environment of the profession. Graduates are prepared to assume teaching positions at vocational schools. They can also opt for a later Master’s degree.
