Description

The teacher training in Mechanical Engineering (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The aim of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum consists of advanced modules in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology, Learning, Social and Emotional Development, and German for immigrant students. The MEd is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations.
