Description


The teacher training program “Bachelor of Education in Music (Teaching at Lower Secondary, Secondary Modern, Secondary and Comprehensive Schools)“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology in Music and a further subject, and German for immigrant students. Throughout their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. The program offers students various case studies and group projects through which they’ll acquire hands-on experience and professional core competencies. Furthermore, the program promotes the development of soft skills needed for the dynamic environment of the profession. Graduates are qualified to assume teacher positions in Music. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
