Description
The teacher training course “Master of Education in Nutrition and Home Economics in combination with Food Technology“ is a 4-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The course aims to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Specialised Sciences and Subject Didactics in Nutrition and Home Economics, Food Technology, Vocational Pedagogy, and more. Participants can also choose from a plethora of elective modules and personalise their studies. The MEd is application-oriented and provides students with hands-on experience and key competencies. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions at schools.
