The teacher training course “Bachelor of Education in Nutrition and Home Economics (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum includes multifaceted courses in Nutritional And Household Science, Socio-economics, Nutrition, Food Science, Subject Didactics, Consumer Protection and Advice, and Sustainability and Ecology. Students can also personalise their education by choosing from a plethora of elective modules. Throughout their studies, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue teaching positions at vocational schools. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
