The “Bachelor of Education in Physics (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. Throughout their education, students will focus on courses in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology in Physics and a further subject, and German for immigrant students. Additionally, participants can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their studies. The BEd is application-oriented and aims to teach them how to turn theory into practice. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, students will acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions at vocational schools. The BEd is also an excellent prerequisite for a Master’s degree.
