The “Master of Education in Protestant Religious Education (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. The focal point of the program is to deepen the knowledge of participants and introduce them to new aspects of the profession. The curriculum consists of advanced modules in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology in Protestant Religion and a second subject, German for immigrant students, and more. Additionally, students can choose between a variety of elective modules and shape their education.
