Description
The “Bachelor of Education in Protestant Religious Education (Teaching at Primary Schools” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Vocational Pedagogy, Subject Didactics and Methodology, Subject Science in Protestant Religion and a further subject (Language/Mathematics), as well as German for immigrant students. Throughout their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience, industry-specific skills, and key competencies needed for the challenging environment of the profession. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will learn how to implement their vast knowledge into practice and handle complex tasks. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions in Protestant Religion at elementary schools. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
