Description
The teacher training program „Bachelor of Education in Protestant Religious Education (Teaching at Lower Secondary, Secondary Modern, Secondary and Comprehensive Schools)“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Science and Subject Didactics in Protestant Religion and a further subject, Vocational Pedagogy, as well as German for immigrant students. Throughout their studies, participants will receive sound theoretical and practical training. They’ll have the opportunity to study abroad and gain hands-on experience, as well as professional core competencies. The program also promotes personal growth and the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. The BEd prepares graduates to assume teaching positions. They can also further their education with a Master’s degree.
