Description
The “Bachelor of Education in Protestant Religious Education (Teacher Training for Special Education)” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Specialized Science and Didactics in Protestant Religion and a second subjects, Teaching and Learning, Vocational Pedagogy, Funding Priority, and German for immigrant students. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. The BEd is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, it offers them the opportunity to study abroad and further their qualifications. The program prepares graduates to assume teaching positions at special education institutions.
