Description
The teacher training program “Bachelor of Education in Social Pedagogy (Teaching at Vocational Schools)“ is a 6-semester program taught in German. Throughout their education, students will focus on Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology, as well as German for immigrant students. The BEd also offers participants a plethora of elective modules to choose from in order to diversify their studies. Through various group projects and application-oriented seminars, students will gain practical relevance and professional core competencies. Furthermore, the BEd promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, moderation, communication and organisation, etc. Graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions at vocational schools right away or continue their education with a Master’s degree.
