Description

The “Bachelor of Education in Spanish (Teaching at Vocational Schools)” is a 6-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Vocational Pedagogy, Science and Subject Didactics in Spanish and a further subject, and German for immigrant students. Additionally, participants can personalise their studies by taking up elective modules. The BEd is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Furthermore, it offers students the opportunity to carry out semesters abroad and expand their horizons. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue teaching careers at vocational schools. They can also further their qualification with a later Master’s degree.
