The “Master of Education in Physical Education (Teaching at Primary Schools)” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Paderborn. Students will deepen their knowledge and receive extensive practice work. The curriculum consists of advanced modules in Educational Sciences, Subject Didactics and Methodology, Social and Emotional Development, German for immigrant students, and Learning. Additionally, participants can diversify their studies by taking up elective modules. Through various group projects and application-oriented seminars, students will acquire hands-on experience and professional core competencies. Furthermore, the program promotes the development of soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Graduates are qualified to pursue teaching positions at primary schools.
