The “Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Public Policy” course at the University of Passau runs over six semesters. The program introduces students to the structure and organization of the state and its institutions, international organizations, NGOs and opinion-forming media. The training provides a compulsory internship of at least two months in Germany or abroad and the opportunity to complete a double degree, German-Slovenian double bachelor or German-Italian double bachelor. The syllabus includes four-module areas, Fundamentals of political science, Groups of specialization modules in political science, Groups of additional modules in political science and Foreign language and internship. Graduates find a career in international organizations, associations and parties, media and public relations, public administration and other opportunities.
