The program “Master of Arts in Multi-level Governance – International Relations/Governance and Public Policy” at the University of Passau has a continuation of four semesters. It is conducted in collaboration with the University of Ljubljana. The program provides students with two degrees as the first-year students spend in Passau and the third and voluntarily the fourth semester at the University of Ljubljana. Students acquire and develop in-depth knowledge and competencies from the two universities. The admission requirements are a university degree and level B2 English knowledge.
