The University of Siegen, founded in 1972, is a public university seated in Siegen, North Rhine-Westphalia. It accomodates four faculties/schools: the School of Arts and Humanities, the School of Education, Architecture and the Arts, the School of Economic Disciplines, and the School of Science and Technology. Some 19,500 students are enrolled at the University in almost 50 study courses related and unrelated to teaching. In addition to the conventional course offerings, the University offers the continuing education Master program “Executive Master of Business Administration“, as well as some certificate training courses. Also included in the scope of studies are dual and international study programs. “Civil Engineering“, “Electrical Engineering“, “Computer Science“, “Mechanical Engineering“, and “Business Information Systems“.
