The University of Vechta, founded in 2010, is a public university seated in Vechta, Lower Saxony. It is organized into three faculties: the Faculty of Educational and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Natural and Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Humanities and Cultural Sciences.
