The degree program “Master of Arts in Coaching’’ is provided at the Vinzenz Pallotti University. This is a full-time course of study with a duration of three semesters. Here, undergraduate students will further advance their expertise in coaching and coaching methods. Participants will engage in intensive scientific and practical training carried out through lectures, seminars and workshops. What is more, they will be well-prepared to pursue a doctorate degree. The study plan includes 12 compulsory and two elective modules. Some of them are Coaching Processes, Coaching Methods, Mediation, Leadership Theory, Supervision, and others. After successfully completing the program, graduates will be qualified to practice consulting activities as well as for managerial positions.
