The program “Master of Science in Finance” at Webster Vienna Private University is intended to give students a quantitative and in-depth look at the world of finance. Students learn about corporate finance, finances, and business instruments and institutions as they go through the course. Students are also exposed to a lot of supportive coursework in the closely related areas of accounting and economics. A capstone course connects the big finance subjects and introduces students to relevant literature and study. Candidates are taught the importance of financial assets to be assessed, financial decisions are analyzed and risk measured and plans are developed that reduce the risk over time.
