The West Coast University of Applied Sciences, founded in 1993, is a public university seated in Heiden, Schleswig-Holstein. Approximately 1,650 students are enrolled there. Prospective students can choose from a variety of Bachelor and Master degree courses. The University is organized into two faculties: the Faculty of Technology, and the Faculty of Business Studies. The scope of Bachelor studies, which prepare students for professional activities in national and international companies and public institutions, includes the degree courses “Business Administration“ (B.A.), “Triale Model Business Administration“ (B.A.), “Real Estate Management“ (B.A.), “International Tourism Management“ (B.A.), “Economics and Law“ (LL.B.), “Business Psychology“ (B.A.), “Electronics and Information Technology“ (B.Sc.), “Management and Technology“ (B.Sc.), and “Environmentally Friendly Building Management Systems“ (B.Eng.).
