WHU – Otto Beiheim School of Management , founded in 1984 and seated in Vallenar (Rhineland-Palatinate), is a private institution of higher education with university status. It runs an additional study center in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. It is sponsored by the Stiftung Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung. The School has a total of more than 1,000 students enrolled in Bachelor and Master degree programs. Offered at Bachelor’s level is the three-year full-time program “Bachelor in International Business Administration“ (BIBA). Offered at Master’s level are the study programs “Management“ (M.Sc.), “Finance“ (M.Sc.), “Entrepreneurship“ (M.Sc.), as well as “Master of Business Administration“ (MBA, full-time/part-time). The School’s educational portfolio is rounded off by individually tailored continuing education programs for companies, open continuing education programs for individual entrepreneurs, as well as executive education programs at MBA level. WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management has the right to confer doctoral degrees.
