The extra-occupational degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Social Management“ offered by Wilhelm Löhe University of Applied Sciences provides a part-time continuing education course with emphasis on social management. The seven-semester program conveys students key qualifications and subject- specific skills in order to apply them in practice and in their vocations. At the end of it, students write a Bachelor’s thesis. Having gained competence in that field, participants are prepared for job opportunities in social institutions. Admissions are restricted and participants are required to present and technical or general college entrance qualification and passed final examination of a technical school.
