The consecutive degree program “Master of Arts in Vocational Education in Health – Nursing and Health Care“ offered by Wilhelm Löhe University of Applied Sciences is geared towards Bachelor graduates interested in vocational education and training in health care. The course of study amounts to five semesters and has a modular structure. A module consists of up to two thematically and chronologically coordinated courses. Some of the areas covered in this program include Medical and scientific competencies, Professional pedagogical skills, Health and educational research competence and others. The curriculum also provides for the creation and defense of the Master’s thesis. The five -semester Master program prepares participants to assume managerial and teacher’s positions in the health and social sector.
