The dual, job-integrated degree program “Bachelor of Science in Air Traffic Management“ offered by Worms University of Applied Sciences combines management-related studies with air traffic controller training. The course of studies is offered in collaboration with Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH. The standard study period amounts to six semesters, with study phases taking place at University of Applied Sciences Worms and training phases taking place at the Langen Air Navigation Services Academy. The Course provides students with basic interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of aviation. The language of instruction is English. The end of the Course is marked by the creation of a Bachelor’s thesis. Graduates of the program are qualified to perform professional activities outside of or complementary to the air traffic controller profession.
