The part-time, 21-month, 60-teaching-day “Executive Master in Business and Leadership for Engineers” at the private Zeppelin University is designed for engineers with at least a bachelor’s degree and one year of professional experience, aspiring international leadership or project management positions. Studies cover the areas of Strategy, Organization, Leadership, Innovation, International Management. It aims to train, guide and coach key players between engineering, technology and leadership. Participants learn how to apply theory to practice, together with effective social and business skills. Expertise is provided by the Research Centers at ZU. A two-week international winter academy at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, is included in the program.
