The study program “Master of Arts in General Management/GEMA ” aims at giving practical formative skills in business administration to non-business specialists. Innovative teaching and analysis methods complement the theoretical foundations in business administration and economics, as well hands-on skills for organizing one’s own academic research work. The programme also involves an international internship of around 240 hours, completed before the start of the studies. In case of having undergone it in an undergraduate degree, an individualized and interdisciplinary module can be chosen instead. Supervision of an Academic and a Practical coach is also provided through the TandemCoaching structure. Sound knowledge of German (C1) is a must. Knowledge of English is preferred. Application is accepted only in German.
