The Zurich Institute of Business Education grew out of the Lorange Institute of Business established by Peter Lorange in 2009. It was acquired by China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2016. The latter has also other campuses in Shanghai and Beijing, offering teaching, research, and business practice at the highest level. The Zurich campus offers a 20-month, English-language Global Executive MBA program that focuses on Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Economics & Decision Sciences, and Management. In addition there is the 18-month joint degree EMBA program “Hospitality EMBA“, offered jointly by the CEIBS and EHL both in English and Chinese.
