Nowadays, the university trains over 2,000 students in the fields of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Digital Science, Management, Multimedia Production, Photonics, Technology, and Tourism. On offer are 11 Bachelor and 4 Master degree courses with a full-time or part-time duration, depending on the preferences of each student. HTW offers an innovative approach to teaching, practice and research preparing young adults for becoming responsible and skilled professionals. In addition, the modern campus, which is equipped with the latest technologies, comfortable classrooms, a library and canteen with affordable meals, creates an ideal study environment, making the time spent at university pleasant and productive at the same time. Finding accommodation is one of the key priorities, especially for those coming from other cities or countries. Unfortunately, the university does not have a student residence hall on campus, therefore students will have to search the private housing market and find accommodation themselves. On HTW’s website, there is a special portal designed for offering available rooms in shared flats or individual studio apartments for everyone who prefers to search online prior to their arrival. Prices might vary between 500 and nearly 2000 CHF per month depending on the location and type of the accommodation.
