Located in the beautiful medieval building of the Seeburg castle dating back from the 15th century is the Private University Schloss Seeburg with more than 900 students enrolled. The university provides degree courses at Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctorate level. Programs taught here are focused on the fields of Business Administration, Business Psychology and Sports and Event Management. In addition the university offers a semi-virtual study concept where students attend classes five times per semester for two consecutive days and spend most of their studies on an Internet basis. Students coming from abroad to Austria to study in the Seekirchen am Wallersee at the campus of the university are supposed to seek accommodation by themselves.
