Return Products Fast & Easy - Here's How It works

After you have received your order from the Must-Haves Shop, you can check all Must-Haves at your leisure. If, contrary to expectations, you do not like a product, you can return either a single product or the entire order within two weeks after receipt of the goods. Please note, however, that

- products without original packaging,

- products that have already been opened and have a seal,

- individually manufactured products, as well as

- already used products

are excluded from return.

We want the return process to go smoothly for you, which is why we rely on your support. Therefore, please fill out the withdrawal form on the next page, print the label, and attach it to your return. Upon receipt of the returned items, they will be refunded. If you have received free promotional products from us, a refund can only be made if the promotional product was also returned unused and in its original packaging. The promotional products not returned in this context would have to be charged subsequently, in which case shipping costs will also be added.

Please be sure to keep the proof of shipment for the return shipment, as no refund can be made if the return shipment is lost.
